A course to support the recognition of Economic Abuse and provide an opportunity for learners to consider how they should respond.

  • WAM voluntary and statutory organisations – Thursday 5th November (9.30 – 1.30 pm with breaks)

 

With the introduction of economic abuse in the forthcoming statutory definition of Domestic Abuse, Surviving Economic Abuse invites learners from traditional and non traditional Domestic Abuse Stakeholders to attend this training.

The aim of this training is to raise awareness of Economic Abuse and provide an opportunity for learners to consider how they can contribute to the economic safety of victim-survivors of economic abuse.

The online workshop will be delivered using Zoom, so learners need to ensure they can access this platform. Learners will be allocated a space on a first come first serve basis – each course has 16 spaces. In order to make good use of funds learners need to cancel as soon as possible if they are no longer able to attend. Once booking has been received it will be confirmed by email.
