It will help you recognise early signs of conflict before things escalate to the next level.
We will look at your experiences of trying to engage with trustees, employees and volunteers. Focus in on disagreements in decisions and make consecutive decisions on adapting on developing your organisations activities. The training will also focus on the dynamic relationship between trustees and employees.
We will refer to Drama Triangle for a better understanding of the dynamic between professional relationships, how the conflict is fuelled and how it can be resolved.
We will also look at how to improve communication by using assertive techniques and how to negotiate your goal by considering others point of view.
This is an interactive training session and you will be expected to have your videos on. It will contain polls and breakout rooms to provide opportunity to explore different types of conflict.
