The Vishaal Foundation warmly invites you to the 5th Annual International Wave of Light Service.
Tuesday 15 October
The Vishaal Foundation warmly invite parents, families and friends to the International Wave of Light Service at Herschel Park. October 15 is recognised throughout the world as Pregnancy and Child Loss Remembrance Day. It is a day when people affected by the loss of a child of any age are invited to take part in lighting a candle of remembrance at 7.00pm local time.
We will meet in Herschel Park at 6.30pm from where, at 7.00pm we will move to the lake and collectively release floating lanterns in remembrance of our little angels.
Car parking is available in the NFER car park accessed from Upton Close, Slough, SL1 2DF.
Please try to arrive early to allow yourself time to write a personal message on your floating lantern.
All lanterns, lights and pens are provided free of charge by The Vishaal Foundation and will be available from 6.30pm.
The Vishaal Foundation would like to thank the following for their support: Slough Borough Council, Friends of Herschel Park and E. Sargeant and Son.
